Biography

Jon Huff serves as the Executive Director of the Pensacola Bay Baptist Association, where he partners with pastors and churches to strengthen gospel faithfulness, leadership health, and cooperative mission across Northwest Florida. In this role, Jon works closely with local churches to encourage pastors, equip leaders, and engage the region with the hope of Christ.

Prior to joining PBBA, Jon most recently served as Executive Pastor at Village Baptist Church and previously on the Executive Team at Olive Baptist Church. Across nearly two decades of ministry, he has served in a wide range of leadership capacities, including interim pastoral roles, board president, curriculum writer, pastoral staff positions, and leadership coaching.

Jon has formal ministerial training from Liberty University and Pensacola Christian College. His ministry focus reflects a deep commitment to the Great Commission through leadership multiplication and the development of healthy, resilient pastors and churches.

Jon and his wife, Becky, have two children and consider Pensacola home. They are deeply invested in the life of the local church and the Northwest Florida community. Jon is passionate about walking alongside pastors, helping churches think clearly about mission, and ensuring that no leader stands alone.
